At the Government meeting on Tuesday, the Minister of Agriculture, Florin Barbu, announced the amendment of the Fiscal Code to maintain the tax exemption for buildings used as greenhouses, solar greenhouses, nurseries, mushroom farms, and feed silos. Barbu emphasized the importance of support for farmers, stating that previous fiscal measures would have created additional pressure on them. He appreciated that the Ministry of Finance understood the arguments of the Social Democratic Party and abandoned a measure that did not bring significant benefits to state revenues. The Minister reiterated that producers need support, not obstacles.
