Two caregivers from a center in Bihor were filmed hitting a patient, sparking outrage on social media.

Shocking scenes were captured at the Recovery and Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities in Bratca, Bihor, where two caregivers were filmed while assaulting a patient.

The recording, posted on social media, shows how a man and a woman repeatedly hit a patient lying on the grass, stripping him and dragging him by the legs. The aggressors hit him with their hands and feet, and the victim manages to escape in the end. The center, managed by DGASPC Bihor, houses 50 people with severe disabilities who require constant care. The incident has generated a public outcry.
