On Thursday, a violent incident occurred at the 'Iordache Golescu' High School in Găești, Dâmbovița County, when a 19-year-old entered the school and assaulted a 17-year-old student with a baseball bat. The victim was transported to the hospital for medical care. The aggressor, who was not a student of the high school, is the brother of a classmate of the victim and acted following a previous conflict between the two teenagers. The police were notified by the school principal and intervened quickly, detaining the aggressor for assault and disturbing public order. He will be presented before the magistrates for preventive measures. Images captured in the classroom show the violence of the attack.
