The company ADX Energy Panonia, controlled by British and Australian investors, is in conflict with the Romanian authorities after the expiration of the exploration phase of the Parba oil perimeter, in Timiș County.

ADX accuses regulatory delays and access restrictions that have hindered its activity, while the National Agency for Mineral Resources is demanding over 4 million euros for unmet obligations. Although ADX has invested over 10 million euros in exploration, it has faced difficulties in accessing promising areas due to urban expansion and opposition from landowners.

The company intends to contest the bills issued by the authority and reserves the right to seek compensation for significant financial losses. This situation could lead to a costly litigation between ADX and the Romanian state.
