Although ADX has invested over 10 million euros in exploration, it has faced difficulties in accessing promising areas due to urban expansion and opposition from landowners.
The company intends to contest the bills issued by the authority and reserves the right to seek compensation for significant financial losses. This situation could lead to a costly litigation between ADX and the Romanian state.
