Adrian Câciu, former Minister of Investments and European Projects, reacted on Saturday to the accusations made by Dragoș Pîslaru, accusing him of incompetence and of trying to hide his personal failures by criticizing former governments. Câciu emphasized that he has not been in office for over a year and stated that, at the time of handing over the mandate, the milestone regarding judges' pensions had already been met, having been validated by the European Commission.

He highlighted that Romania was set to receive 231 million euros for this milestone. Câciu called Pîslaru "brazen" and "incompetent," accusing him of losing billions from European funds through the PNRR. Additionally, Câciu warned that Pîslaru lost 65 million euros from Payment Request 3 and criticized the marketing of his failure. In the context of the motion of censure, Câciu stated that Pîslaru would become unemployed, suggesting that he has lost enough money for Romania.
