The Dutch retailer Action, known for its low prices and rapid turnover of products, is strengthening its presence in Romania, preparing to open new stores in cities such as Bacău, Sânpetru (Brașov) and Satu Mare. The company plans to operate nearly 3,000 stores in 12 European countries by the end of 2024 and reported a turnover of over 13 billion euros.

In Bacău, Action is looking for a store manager with a net salary of 6,000 lei, while in Sânpetru, salaries for the same position range between 5,900 and 6,300 lei net per month. The company is also recruiting sales workers in Satu Mare, offering salaries between 1,485 and 2,860 lei net, depending on the work schedule. Action continues its expansion, already having stores in Pitești, Arad, Oradea and other cities, and aims to become a top player in the discount segment in Romania, competing with Pepco and Kik.
