The Prosecutor's Office next to the Bucharest Court of Appeal has sent to trial the administrator of the online station Radio Camarad, accused of promoting in public space the Legionary ideology, antisemitism, and Holocaust denial. Prosecutors claim that, during the period 2024–2025, through the station and some websites hosted abroad, materials of Legionary propaganda, speeches, and messages glorifying individuals associated with the Legionary Movement and convicted for war crimes were broadcast.

The case was opened following a complaint made by the National Audiovisual Council, and the defendant, who is under judicial control, benefits from the presumption of innocence until a final decision by the court. In parallel, the authorities have ordered the blocking of access to the content deemed illegal, a measure that led to the interruption of the live broadcast of Radio Camarad.
