The Cotroceni Palace Complex has announced that, during the cold season, access to the outdoor spaces will be suspended. However, the indoor spaces, including the National Cotroceni Museum (MNC) and part of the protocol rooms of the Presidential Administration, will remain open to visitors. Every weekend, on Saturdays and Sundays, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:00 PM), the public can visit the first and second floors of the museum, as well as the important rooms of the Presidential Administration. Access is through the museum gate on Cotroceni Road, and tickets can be purchased both on-site and online. The prices are 70 lei for adults, 17.5 lei for students and pupils, and 35 lei for pensioners. Visiting does not require prior booking and does not include guided tours.
