The incident took place at Bâlea Lac, where mountain rescuers from Sibiu intervened quickly to provide first aid to a 9-year-old girl found unconscious and with a cranio-cerebral trauma. The SMURD Mureș helicopter was requested to transport the victim to the hospital, and the SMURD Argeș and Argeș rescuers also intervened on the spot.
