The prices of new homes in Bucharest continue to rise, reaching 2,284 euros/m² in August, with a 43% increase over the last two years. This increase is driven by strong demand and limited supply. Experts emphasize the need for urban regeneration and collaboration between developers and public administration to ensure a sufficient stock of modern housing. Additionally, developers are also turning their attention to other major cities, such as Cluj-Napoca and Brașov, where prices are even higher.
