A 42-year-old woman was found hanged by an air conditioning unit on the second floor of a residence in Sector 3, Bucharest. The police are investigating the case.

On April 29, around 07:50, Police Section 10 was alerted via 112 regarding the discovery of a hanging person outside a residence in Sector 3 of the Capital. At the scene, police confirmed that the victim was a woman approximately 42 years old, who was hanging from the exterior air conditioning unit located on the second floor of the building.

From the initial investigations, it was found that the woman was alone in the apartment, and the access door was closed and secured. The lifeless body will be transported to the National Institute of Legal Medicine for autopsy. The investigations are coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal, in collaboration with the Homicide Service, to establish the exact circumstances of this tragic incident.
