A 30-year-old man died after a tree fell on him in Neamț County.

A man aged 30 has died on Saturday, following a tragic accident in Neamț County, where a tree fell on him in a forested area of the commune of Crăcăoani. Representatives of the Neamț Emergency Situations Inspectorate were called to intervene, and at the scene, firefighters found the victim unconscious.

They immediately began resuscitation maneuvers, and later the crew from the County Ambulance Service (SAJ) took over the case, continuing resuscitation. Unfortunately, the man did not respond to the maneuvers and was declared dead. Firefighters transported the victim over a distance of one and a half kilometers with the help of a UT 2000 stretcher, handing him over to the crew from the Institute of Legal Medicine for further investigations.
