The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) announced that 250 Romanian citizens stranded in Dubai due to the military conflict in the Middle East have returned to the country, with two flights operated by FlyDubai.

The first flight landed at 00:17, carrying 138 passengers, and the second at 08:30, with 112 passengers. The MAE informed that, so far, 744 Romanians who requested consular assistance have returned to the country. The MAE Crisis Cell maintains contact with the affected citizens and will continue to provide assistance, prioritizing their safety. Romanian citizens are advised to check information from the airlines and to go to the airport only when notified by their representatives.
