Authorities have opened a criminal case to analyze possible acts of assault or bodily harm causing death. According to information, the baby allegedly died after his 22-year-old father shook him violently due to crying. The man is in preventive custody for 30 days, and initially, the case was opened for other offenses, including manslaughter.

The General Directorate for Social Assistance and Child Protection has taken over the three siblings of the deceased baby, instituting protective measures. Authorities continue investigations, including forensic examinations, to determine the exact cause of death and the responsibilities involved. Relatives of the children have requested their custody, but evaluations are ongoing to ensure a safe family environment.
