The Prosecutor's Office next to the Ineu Court announced the referral to trial of a 19-year-old young man, investigated in a state of freedom for the manufacture, sale, distribution, and possession of fascist and legionary symbols. He is accused of having pasted stickers with the photograph of Corneliu Zelea Codreanu and legionary symbols, such as the Cross of Archangel Michael, on a public lighting pole in the Dendrological Park and on road signs in Ineu during the period of March-April 2025. Additionally, the young man drew symbols such as the swastika and the Celtic cross with a marker. On May 12, 2025, he was caught possessing such stickers at his home in Arad. The indictment has been sent to the Ineu Court for resolution.
