178 Romanian students won 220 medals at international olympiads in physics, computer science, robotics, English and geography.

These students, from 72 state and private schools, have been rewarded by the Ministry of Education with between 6,000 and 20,000 lei. However, many of these young people are not motivated to stay in the country, with around 90% going abroad.
