A new 'Bridget Jones' movie has been confirmed, with Hugh Grant and Renée Zellweger returning in the lead roles.

The new movie, adapted from Helen Fielding's novel Mad About the Boy, will feature the title character, played by Renée Zellweger, a widow with two young children. Hugh Grant will return as Daniel Cleaver, and Emma Thompson and Chiwetel Ejiofor will join the cast. The movie will be directed by Michael Morris and will be released in 2025.
