World Cup 2026 | Herve Renard replaces Sabri Lamouchi at the head of the Tunisian national team

The Tunisian Football Federation announced through public television that Sabri Lamouchi has been replaced by Hervé Renard. He is expected on Tuesday at 15:30, Mexico time, on the direct flight from Paris to Monterrey, and should then lead his first training session at 20:00 at the CF Monterrey Rayados training center.

Hervé Renard will coach his third team at the World Cup, after Morocco in 2018 and Saudi Arabia in 2022. He is expected to be accompanied by Nicolas Baudoin, video analyst; David Barriac, fitness coach; and Gilles Le Floch, goalkeeper coach. Hervé Renard will also make his debut as Tunisia's coach against Japan on Sunday, June 21.
