A bus bearing the colors of the Brazilian team Sao Paulo, intended for transporting players to the match in the Copa Sudamericana, was stopped by Bolivian police in Villa Tunari, an area known for coca production.
On board the vehicle, agents discovered 65 packages of marijuana. The transport company, Cosmos, stated that the team did not use this bus and that another vehicle was allocated for travel, emphasizing that the responsibility lies with the Bolivian drivers. Three people were detained following the anti-drug police operation.
