Romania U19 achieved an important victory against Denmark at the 'Arcul de Triumf' arena, finishing Group A in 2nd place with 6 points, behind Spain. The goals were scored by Remus Gutea, David Barbu and Ioan Vermeșan in front of 6,133 enthusiastic spectators. In the semi-finals, the team coached by Ion Marin will meet the Netherlands, who secured first place in the group.
