Victor Angelescu, the minority shareholder of Rapid, said that there will not be a written protocol for the number of tickets for FCSB fans, but they will have access to a full pitch, depending on requirements. Angelescu emphasized that a verbal agreement is sufficient, provided there are no regulatory issues.
