Novak Djokovic had a stomach problem during his Wimbledon match, but managed to win with the help of 'miracle pills'.

During his debut match at Wimbledon, Novak Djokovic had to seek medical help because of a stomach problem. He said he was feeling great for a set and a half, but then his energy collapsed. After taking some 'miracle pills', he managed to recover to win the match 6-1, 6-7 (7), 6-2, 6-2. Djokovic continues to believe in his chances of winning the title, given his previous performances on grass.
