According to Globo Esporte, Neymar was forced to accept three conditions to be called up. The first condition was that he would not receive the captain's armband, and the second was that he would not be a starter in the group stage matches. The last condition was for Neymar to reduce his activity on social media, including during the tournament. Neymar confirmed that he agrees to these conditions and that he will do everything possible to help the national team.
