Gigi Becali convinced Mirel Rădoi to take over the leadership of FCSB for a period of two and a half months, after the resignation of Elias Charalambous

Gigi Becali managed to convince Mirel Rădoi to return to FCSB as coach, just 24 hours after the resignation of Elias Charalambous. Rădoi will take over the team for a period of two and a half months, with the objective of winning the play-out. Becali confirmed the move, mentioning that Rădoi will not request money and will have total freedom in managing the team.

This is Rădoi's second experience at FCSB, after he coached the team in 2015, when he left due to a conflict with Becali. Although he previously stated that he would not return to FCSB due to past experiences, Rădoi has now agreed to help the team during this critical period. It remains to be seen how the collaboration between the two will evolve.
