Lionel Messi returned to training with the Inter Miami team on Wednesday, ten days after Argentina lost the World Cup final to Spain, 0-1, on July 19. A video posted on the MLS club's social media shows Messi arriving at the training ground alongside his teammate, Luis Suarez. After the painful defeat, Messi spent a few days in his hometown, Rosario, with family. The player mentioned on social media that "the pain is very intense" and that it will be hard to heal, but he is focusing on the positive aspects. During his absence, Inter Miami coach Guillermo Hoyos stated that there is no set date for the return of Messi and his teammate, Rodrigo De Paul.
