Maria Gomes da Costa, the captain of the CS Minaur Baia Mare team, has signed an extension of her contract until 2028. She joined Minaur in the summer of 2023, coming from the Spanish team Rocasa Gran Canaria, and quickly became an essential player for the team. So far, Maria has played 69 official matches for Minaur, managing to score 144 goals in domestic and international competitions, including the Championship, the Romanian Cup, the Supercup, and European cups.
