Luis Suarez, the forward of Inter Miami, has been suspended for the decisive match in the MLS playoffs after a violent behavior in the match against Nashville.

Major League Soccer has announced the suspension of striker Luis Suarez from Inter Miami for the decisive match in the second round of the playoffs, due to a violent incident in the match against Nashville. In the 71st minute of the game, in which Inter Miami was trailing 2-0, Suarez kicked defender Andy Najar, causing him to fall.

Although the referee did not penalize the incident during the match, the MLS disciplinary committee decided to suspend Suarez for violent behavior. Additionally, he was fined, but the amount has not been made public. This is not the first sanction for Suarez, as he previously received a three-match suspension for a similar incident.
