In a less dramatic final than Roland Garros, Jannik Sinner managed to take on Carlos Alcaraz on the Wimbledon court, winning in four sets. This was a rematch for Sinner, who lost to the Spaniard five weeks ago in a memorable match. Although Alcaraz is considered a more spectacular player, Sinner showed a more assured and less error-prone approach to win his first major trophy on a surface other than hard.
