Ianis Hagi's transfer to Alanyaspor was confirmed on Thursday, ending a period of intense speculation in which the Romanian midfielder was wanted by several teams, including from Romania. Hagi, a former player at Glasgow Rangers, signed a two-year contract with the team in 9th place in Turkey, aiming to contribute to the team's qualification for European cups. Coached by Joao Pereira, Hagi will join renowned players such as Rony Lopes and Hwang Ui-jo. National team coach Mircea Lucescu confirmed the transfer and expects Hagi to return to the national team.
