Former tennis player Horia Tecău has decided to step down as the non-playing captain of Romania's team in the Billie Jean King Cup, announcing his decision on Instagram. Tecău appreciated the experience gained and the collaborations with valuable people. Romania will play in Group B, alongside Poland and New Zealand, in the Billie Jean King Cup play-off from November 14-16.
