Hansi Flick, the coach of Barcelona, stated on Friday that Lamine Yamal, the star of the Spanish national team, will be ready for the World Cup that will take place between June 11 and July 19 in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Flick mentioned that Yamal is making good progress in recovery after a muscle injury suffered on April 22, during the match against Celta Vigo. Although Barcelona announced that the 18-year-old Spanish international will miss the rest of the season, the coach is optimistic that he will be able to play in his first World Cup. Flick also expressed hope regarding the return of Brazilian Raphinha, who suffered an injury in March.
