FIFA has launched "FIFA Pass", a system that allows those who have purchased tickets for the World Cup to obtain priority scheduling for visas.

The FIFA President, Gianni Infantino, discussed this system with President Donald Trump, emphasizing that America wants to welcome international visitors. Trump encouraged visa applicants to apply as soon as possible. Secretary of State Marco Rubio mentioned that over 400 consular officials have been sent to manage the visa demand, and travelers from 80% of the countries in the world can obtain an appointment within 60 days. Those who purchase tickets through FIFA will have access to a "FIFA portal" to facilitate the visa application process.
