The President of the National Agency for Sport, Elisabeta Lipă, explains the failure of the national women's handball team.

Lipă points out that the inexperience of the players, lack of unity and lack of joint training camps were reflected in the team's results. He also calls on handball clubs not to rely on the Novak law (on the use of 40% Romanian athletes in team sports), but to want good athletes on their own initiative.
