Doping control at the FCSB – CFR Cluj match, announced by ANA

ANAD announced that at the end of the FCSB – CFR Cluj match, a doping control will be conducted, in which two or possibly three players from each team will participate. This measure is not an exceptional one, but is part of the usual verification procedures that frequently take place in Liga 1.

A similar incident recently occurred in the match between Universitatea Craiova and FC Botoșani, where players from both teams were called for doping tests. In that match, held on Saturday evening, the players were designated for tests five minutes before the end of the game.
