Women's handball: CSM Bucharest has qualified for the Final Four of the Champions League. Gloria Bistrita missed qualification.

CSM Bucharest managed to avenge the defeat against Team Esbjerg from Denmark, score 25-26, and to win decisively in Bucharest, securing qualification for the Final Four of the EHF Champions League.

The main scorers of the match were Omoregie 6 goals, Ostergaard 6, Maslova 5, Pintea 5, for CSM Bucharest, and Hansson 6, Reistad 6, for Team Esbjerg.

CSM led constantly, after a start of 6-0, and won by score against the Danish team, which had previously eliminated them three times from the race for the Final Four Tournament. 

CS Gloria Bistrita missed qualification for the Final4 tournament of the Women's Champions League, after being defeated by the French team Brest Bretagne Handball, with a score of 36-30 (14-13), on Sunday evening, away, in the second leg of the quarter-finals. Gloria had also lost the first leg, with 35-36.

In the semifinals will play Gyor, Metz, CSM Bucharest, and Brest.

The Final Four tournament will take place in Budapest, on June 6-7, and the draw for the semifinals will take place on Monday.
