The CSM Bucharest team was defeated by Odense, 29-25, finishing in 4th place in group A of the Champions League. CSM will now play Krim Ljubljana in the last 16. Gyor and Odense qualified directly for the quarter-finals, while the teams in places 3-6 will play Group B teams in the last eight.
