At the World Swimming Championships in Singapore, Constantin Popovici managed to win the bronze medal in the high jump with a height of 27 meters. This is the second world medal for him, after winning gold in 2023 in Fukuoka. Cătălin Preda, Romania's other representative, finished the final in fifth place.
