The licensing commission of the Dutch Football Association has revoked the license of Vitesse Arnhem, citing failure to meet financial requirements. The club has appealed against the decision. Vitesse was relegated from the Dutch top flight in April for the first time in 35 years after receiving an 18-point penalty from the KNVB.
