Ciprian Deac, the emblematic midfielder of CFR Cluj, had a disappointing season, being left at home by coach Daniel Pancu during the training camp. According to sources, Deac will accept the club's proposal to remain in its structure, set to become the sporting director. After Marius Bilașco's departure to Rapid, CFR Cluj hired Ricardo Cadu, a former successful player of the team, to replace him. Iuliu Mureșan, the club's president, expressed the desire to have former great players in the club's management, and Deac could play an essential role in developing the scouting department.
