Alexandru Albu, a former FC Botoșani player, has signed with Chindia Targoviste, a team that has a historic partnership with FC Barcelona.

Alexandru Albu, a 31-year-old midfielder, has transferred to Chindia Targoviste after being released by FC Botoșani. Chindia, who are in a rebuilding process, signed Albu on a contract valid until 2027. In addition, the club has signed a historic partnership with FC Barcelona, the first club in the world with such an agreement. The partnership includes development strategies, training methods, experience exchanges and access to Barcelona's scouting base, offering unique opportunities to young Romanian players.
