Marquez suffered a fracture of the right collarbone and a severe blow to the C7 vertebra, which requires complete rest for five weeks, according to doctors' recommendations. Although the regulations require the designation of a replacement, the team has not provided details on this aspect. Specialists suggest that Michele Pirro, the Ducati test rider, could be chosen as a replacement, considering his previous experience. The accident occurred following a collision with Pedro Acosta's KTM, which had a technical problem.
