The prosecutors of the Bucharest District Court on Thursday detained 16 suspects in the case concerning the use of banned materials during football matches. FC Rapid president Daniel Niculae, also a suspect in the case, was picked up by masked men and taken for questioning on Thursday morning, but was not detained.
