The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has signed three decrees imposing sanctions against 11 personalities from Moldova who justify Russia's aggression and promote pro-Russian rhetoric. Among those sanctioned are Vasile Bolea, known for supporting Russian foreign policy, and Dmitrii Konstantinov, the leader of the People's Assembly of Gagauzia. The sanctions are intended to support Moldova on its path towards European integration.
