The aim of the project is to prevent crimes from being committed inside prisons, such as phone scams and witness intimidation. The Ministry of Justice emphasizes the importance of these measures to increase security and protect society. The equipment will detect and jam unauthorized signals without interfering with external communications, thus helping to reduce crimes committed by prisoners.
