At the Summit of Active Moldovans in the Diaspora, Maia Sandu emphasized the importance of involving citizens from the diaspora in the decisions that will shape the future of the Republic of Moldova. She highlighted that the current elections are essential for building a strong and integrated country in the European Union. Sandu mentioned that, regardless of where they are, Moldovans remain united by their connection to their country. She also discussed external challenges, including the interference of the Russian Federation, during her recent visits to the European Union.
