Bolt, one of the largest mobility providers in Europe, debuted in the Republic of Moldova with its taxi service on September 15. Users can order rides directly from the app, benefiting from competitive rates and electronic payments, which adds a layer of transparency. This expansion, following the introduction of electric scooters in 2021, required technical and fiscal adjustments to comply with local legislation. Bolt promises a comfortable and safe transportation experience, integrating advanced safety measures and supporting the development of the local economy by collaborating with licensed taxi operators.
