Alexandr Trubca, former deputy of the Action and Solidarity Party, stated that he did not demand and did not receive bribes, following accusations that appeared in Ziarul de Gardă. These claim that Trubca received 200,000 euros from businessman Valentin Eșanu to modify legislation in favor of the company 'Sofilarex Plus' LLC. Trubca emphasized that he is not targeted in any criminal case and that the accusations are false, mentioning that he will take legal action for defamation.
The denunciation was filed by Alexandru Rotaru, a former business partner of Eșanu, who claims that the tax modifications were made to clean up the company's accounting. Eșanu, for his part, denies the accusations, stating that the denunciation is an act of revenge. Currently, a warrant for the initiation of criminal proceedings has been issued against Eșanu, and investigations are ongoing. Trubca stated that he has no connections with Eșanu and that the accusations are unfounded.
