Vlad Gheorghe, candidate for the Capital City Hall, has launched plagiarism accusations against his opponent, Cătălin Drulă, from USR. Gheorghe claims that Drulă copied his campaign slogan, "OneBucharest, OneMayor," just 15 days after he launched it. On social media, he asked Drulă to stop using stolen slogans and to remove the plagiarized texts from his posts.

Gheorghe, a former USR member, emphasized that plagiarism is a form of theft and announced that he will go to OSIM to register the slogan, considering that it is already being used on social media and on his website. He invited the press and the public to witness this endeavor.
