Claudiu Năsui, USR deputy, proposes methods by which a liberal government can relaunch Romania's economy without reducing taxes, arguing that such a decision would acknowledge past mistakes. He argues that a liberal approach involves leaving more money in people's hands by reducing bureaucracy and taxes. Among the proposed measures is the debureaucratization of the VAT system through the application of reverse taxation, which would reduce fraud and bureaucracy for B2B companies. Additionally, Năsui suggests encouraging private investments through the immediate deductibility of expenses, similar to systems in the United Kingdom, without changing tax rates.

He also proposes listing state companies on the stock exchange to eliminate the "black holes" in the economy and generate revenue for the state. Năsui also suggests a reform of the taxation of capital gains, so that only withdrawals exceeding initial investments would be taxed. Furthermore, he proposes investment accounts for pensions, which would stimulate saving and investments in capital markets. These measures could help relaunch the economy without reducing taxes, contrary to current practices that favor a privileged minority.
