Ursula von der Leyen will make a visit to Romania, in Constanta, where she will meet with President Nicușor Dan and officials from the Army. The visit includes a tour of the 57th Air Base "Mihail Kogălniceanu" and the Constanta Military Port, aiming to strengthen EU-NATO cooperation and address maritime threats. Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan will not participate, having scheduled meetings in Bucharest.
